Great service, clean rooms and delicious breakfast. All the employees we interacted with were friendly, helpful and so kind! This will be our go-to hotel whenever we return to California to visit family.
I’ve stayed here many times over the last several years. The property is always clean with friendly staff. Alot of times breakfast is ready early, which I really appreciate because I get up very early for work. Shout out for consistency.

Can't speak highly enough about this hotel. Staff was the friendliest and most helpful. We were greeted by a wonderful, friendly man at the desk, given a welcome gift, and had a verbal tour detailing where and how everything worked. The room was immaculate (thanks Mindy). Breakfast had a great selection of food and very well organized. Pool area was great. I love that you need your key card to access everything (feels safe). I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our stay pleasurable.
Staying at the Fairfield Hotel for an overnight business trip. The gentlemen (African-American) I spoke with was super friendly, warm, attentive and professional. Immediately when I got off the elevator, I noticed the carpet needed to be vacuumed. Next day - -same. Unfortunately, the room was just okay. I noticed a few tiny Black bugs, but thankfully nothing bit me. A couple of the lights needed new bulbs. However, the Wifi was good. Overall, the guy at the front desk was the best part of the hotel stay.
I booked a room yesterday evening and drove 1.5 hours, only to get a call saying the hotel was overbooked due to a computer error. Understandably, I was frustrated and asked to speak with a manager. The next day, Dyna was extremely understanding, professional, and accommodating, quickly resolving the situation. Because of her excellent customer service, I am highly satisfied and will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone!
